Los Van Van from Cuba "La Maquinaria" closing their 2012 European tour in France - last week

Juan Formell y Los Van Van are at the epilogue of a long 2012 European tour, with more than 30 shows.

The great Cuban orchestra has crossed the whole old continent (United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain and France) presenting the new Album "La Maquinaria" and bringing on the stage their repertory of 40 exciting years of music.

The fans were eager to listen to the songs of the latest production, "La Maquinaria" and to see Los Van Van in the new formation: the new singer Mandy Centero (who substituted the great historical Mayito), Arnaldo Jimenez, bassist (who took Pavel's spot in the orchestra) and Yoel Cuesta, the conga player (who replaced the late lamented Manolo, unexpectedly deceased).

Even with such many changes, Los Van Van, guided by maestro Formell's experience, have demonstrated that the formidable sound of the orchestra is still undisputed.

In every concert, great enthusiasm and approval from the fans.

The "Van Van" label is still stainless and powerful. Much more than Cuban and Latin, it is an authentic mark of some great international music !!
